Military:

Do you support reinstating a Military draft service?

Do you support unilateral disarmament and dismemberment of America’s defense infrastructure?

Should American Troops be deployed without the consent of Congress?

Do you support surrendering Americans to a United Nations New World Order agenda?

Would you support the deployment of a fully operational, space-based defense system?

Should US forces served under any foreign flag or command?

Would you oppose the surrender of American liberty and autonomy to any form of world government or any organization, which works toward that end?

Do you support the restoration of a "well regulated militia[s]" at the state and/or community levels?

US Military should be used to serve US borders, not police the world.

American people have no duty to provide for the defense of any foreign nation.

The U.S. Government has no Constitutional authority to tax the American people to provide aid of any kind to foreign governments.

Should veteran’s benefits be nullified or reduced including but not limited to, compensation, pensions, education, and health care?

Should Foreign nations accept primary responsibility for their own defense, and be willing to commit their own lives and fortunes toward that end?

Congressional Reform:

Should Congress be allowed to vote themselves hefty pay raises?

Would you support legislation that would prohibit the attachment of unrelated riders and pork spending to bills?

Do you believe that the Constitution is a document subject to change?

Would you oppose legislation that would erode our constitutionally protected unalienable rights?

Would you use your veto power to stop irresponsible and unconstitutional appropriations?

Should foreign aid be privately funded?

Would you oversee expenditures and carefully review to eliminate foreign aid, waste, fraud, theft, inefficiency, and excess profits from all defense contracts?

Is Federal "aid" not authorized by the Constitution illegal and immoral?

Would you oppose legislation and executive action that deprive the people of their Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights under claims of necessity to "combat terrorism" or to "protect national security"?

Should the federal government have authority to mandate policies relating to individual states domestic affairs?

Would you protect the diversity of our food supply by supporting organic farming?

Do you oppose the concept of Most Favored Nation status with regimes whose domestic and international policies are abhorrent?

Freedom:

Should services be paid for with user fees instead of taxes?

Should people be free to come and go across borders; to live and work where they choose?

Should Businesses and farms operate without govt. subsidies?

Are people better off with free trade than with tariffs?

Do minimum wage laws cause unemployment?

Should Property rights be respected, and the federal government not interfere with the development of potential energy sources, including natural gas, hydroelectric power, solar energy, wind generators, and nuclear energy?

Would you oppose any increase in federal fuel taxes?

Should Federal fuel tax revenue be used exclusively for the maintenance of federal highways?

Do you oppose legislation and executive action expanding asset forfeiture laws?

Should private organizations be allowed to determine their own membership, volunteers, and employment based on their oaths and creeds?

Should the federal government either grant or deny the religious expressions of the American people?

Drug War:

Do you support the war on drugs?

Would you repeal drug laws?

Would you support legislation to stop the flow of illegal drugs into the United States?

Would you consider imposing retaliatory policies including embargoes, sanctions, and tariffs against the war on drugs?

Education:

Should Education be free from all federal government subsidies, including vouchers, tax incentives, and loans, except with respect to veterans?

Should the federal government be involved in national teacher certification, educational curricula, textbook selection, and learning standards?

Should parents have a right to provide for the education of their children in the manner they deem best, including home, private or religious?

Election Reform:

Is the Electoral College in need of reform?

Would you oppose the use of Presidential executive orders that make law or otherwise usurp the Constitutional authority and responsibilities of the legislative and judicial branches?

Dou you support uniformed Electronic voting machines?

Environment:

Do you support realistic efforts to preserve the environment and reduce pollution — air, water, and land?

Do you reject the argument that environmental issues should be pursued by costly governmental interference?

Would you oppose environmental treaties and conventions, which destroy our sovereignty and right to private property?

Should our environmental policy should emphasize the current use of alternative energy resources?

Crime:

The right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the Constitution; it may not properly be infringed upon or denied.

Do you favor the right of states and localities to execute criminals convicted of capital crimes?

Do you favor restitution for the victims of criminals?

Health Care:

Are you familiar with the HIPPA loophole that will allow insurance companies to deny coverage?

Would you introduce legislation that would amend this procedural loophole?

Do you agree that hospitals, doctors, and other health care providers should be accountable to patients — not to politicians, or Special Interest Groups?

If the federal government controls the supply of medical care, and then officers of that government determine which demand is satisfied. Will the result be the rationing of services, higher costs, and poorer results?

Would you support tax-free medical savings accounts that create incentives to stay healthy, reduce costs, and support personal control over one's health and medical decisions?

Immigration:

Would you favor a moratorium on immigration to the United States, except in individual hardship cases or in other individual special circumstances, until the availability of all federal subsidies and assistance be discontinued?

Would you demand that the federal government restore immigration policies based on the practice that potential immigrants will be disqualified from admission to the U.S. if, on the grounds of health, criminality, morals, or financial dependence, they would impose an improper burden on the United States, any state, or any citizen of the United States?

Do you oppose the efforts to relocate American jobs offshore? 

Do you support any extension of amnesty to illegal aliens?

Should the United States Government automatically expel any immigrant found to be illegal?

Do you support English as the official language for all governmental business by the United States.

Immigration:

Would you oppose bilingual ballots?

Should taxpayers be indentured to subsidize welfare for persons who enter the United States illegally?

Money and Banking

Has the federal government granted unconstitutional control of the nation’s monetary and banking system to the private Federal Reserve System?

Should the federal government require working citizens to participate in Social Security?

Should citizens have the right to choose between private retirement and pension programs, independently?

Do you oppose international trade agreements that have the effect of diminishing America’s economic self-sufficiency and of exporting jobs?

Would you expand whistle blower protection and expand the scope of the False Claims Act to provide "bounty provisions" for whistle blowers and watchdogs that report financial crimes?

Would you disallow corporate exploitation of offshore tax havens used to evade US taxes?
Should corporate criminals be given real jail time ?

National Security:

The National Security Act prevents the release of Executive Orders and Presidential Decision Directives to the American people and our elected officials. Since we will never have a truly free nation while the government can hide behind the NSA, would you call for the repeal of the National Security Act?

Should audits be conducted on all foreign aid programs?
